How to Aviod Sleepless Nights
Stress is life itself. it is within life and as long as you live, there’s always stress which will turn along the way. We could not avoid such stress, but we can dominate them or we can use stress to make our lives more meaningful that the other way around.
when you are in the state of stress, one of its effects is the hard nights we hard to find sleep. Of course, when the morning comes and we did not have enough sleep, it means our mind and body could not function the way it should be. Furthermore, there’s no way can work productively when we are tired.
This is how import sleep is with our body, to get some rest and to rejuvenate for tomorrows life challenges. But how could avoid such sleepless nights? we could not find sleep because of the things we are thinking while in bed. We think of problems and their possible solutions. we could not easily disengage to such thinking and as a result, sleepless night will follow.
We could not easily avoid these sleepless nights. Unless there are other things, good things that will make our minds relax or we make some things to make our minds go numb and eyes felt heavy for sleep. This might not be good for everyone but I am doing it myself. Yes, I am taking 2 bottles of beer while watching a movie. And you know what? I am not able to finish the movie.
Well, as mentioned above this might not be good for you as beer has other substance that might cause you some health problems. Be sure to contact your doctor first before doing such thing to avoid these sleepless nights. This is the same when taking sleeping pills, you should not just take these pills as there other effects that will arise that affect your health later.
